What is happening is that people are getting advice to chop off the back of the shoulder straps. Then they go apply for Legion acceptance, and the GML rejects them as that is not allowed per the CRL. Prospective member is frustrated, GML is frustrated, they are starting to complain via the GML area of the Legion boards, etc.

PLEASE PLEASE stop telling people this! It is *not* in the CRL and you are giving a lot of GMLs fits right now as people are cutting them off and applying for membership and getting denied. We can update the CRL in the future, but I do ask everyone to, when giving advice, to not suggest anything that conflicts with the CRL.

You know, as part of Alpha 75, there is a bit of scabbing around those boxes. They were one of the hardest parts of that build, and we were told so much how they had to be seamless and perfect. Sigh. Is it 100% separated, or just some suits? I can see allowing both at L1 and then it's moot at L3. I mean, it's easier not to fill in those gaps, eh?

Oh, and the "other" category is why we allow replies. Right now if only two people say they have DA props, then that tells us it's not that large. If 30 people come on this poll and say they sport his armor, then that is data we can use too.

Guys - this is why we do these polls. When one of the "other" types of TE or non-TE derived armor gets a lot of votes, we dig through the data to find out if someone is big enough to fit in. Or, if they get only a few votes, we may take them off. If you want to support an armor maker, why not show off a build thread, or a troop thread, or have those with that armor apply for EI/Centurion? If it's that huge, then one would think they'd have shown up somewhere, no?

Yup, some were known or suspect, but at least for me the blaster detail was not. I'm trying to get all of it in once place, at least for consideration. For the TLJ at least, it's been harder to get a gallery of close-up shots. Figured now was as good a time as any to evaluate changes since I'll be doing a mass amount of OTTK CRL updates soon...

Yup, it would *maybe* start out at L3 only when we see it being avail on helmets. FWIW, we don't require the swoop on OT helmets, when it is clearly there, or say the OT helmet has to be symmetrical. Honestly, the best way to get the change is to ask Jimmi - the only maker for this bucket really - to add it in.

You know, that's a fantastic idea and would make great data. We can also take the time it was done and plot it out over time too. Let me see how much time I have today, though perhaps one of the DO's @Sly11 or @ukswrath may have it in their spreadsheet, or @Locitus can pull it faster than I can.

This is amazing! 3 thoughts for today: 1. If you get Centurion (you should go for it), can I ask you to be the new CRL model? The current person is me, but I like your kit better. 2. Can you get shots against a neutral background of your saber? We can update the CRL with it. 3. For the TFU Shadow, that's in SpecOps? http://databank.501st.com/databank/TX_-_Shadow_Stormtrooper_TFU --> This one has an incomplete CRL. They will probably add it once someone has done this costume, as there are no photos at all.

Hey Misty - can you please cross-post those resource lists here? Not everyone in on Facebook (China being the most obvious) and thus will never see that list if only there.

Done, though actually you're the first person to bring this up. I've never seen that armor make in person, at least here in WA state in the US.

Perhaps on a future poll. Right now I'd just like to see how the larger number play out.

The last time we did this was February, 2014. It's time to get new data. What we want to know is, what armor / helmet are you wearing? EDIT: If you do *not* see your armor maker listed explicitly but think it should be, that is why we are having this poll. Do chime in via reply and let us know what you are wearing. This is the single best way to ensure we have valid numbers, and that the options support it. For instance FX will be listed separately as at the start it was like 90% of the responses, now it's much lower. Once it gets below a small % then we'll just remove it as a stand-alone, e.g. usually under 5%. Questions? Ask away! This poll will run for 3 weeks.

Wyatt said he had hundreds laying around. I told him next time to only order 100 at a shot. They are this era's beret flashes (which would take a year to sell 100).

Still in the works guys - as you can see we've got a lot of $$$$ tied up with racing shirts, FOTK coin, Phasma coin, Silver coin, etc, none of which are cheap. Plus, having to re-order attache patches which no one is buying. So, we need to let a few runs conclude first but this is next on the list for patches & shirts, for sure.

You also have Mrs. TK4205 who makes gaskets next door to you as well for local pick-up. That can save you a lot of time as well, and no shipping costs, etc.
