funny thing...the feeling of pain is soon forgotten, and replaced by the craving for another tattoo....will meet with my tattooist in mid october to plan the Stormtropper that will adorn the right side of my back.....ohhh the excitement...

yup, but not too shiny though...what I do is add a little grey/white taking out the shine....I do no use Humbrol but Citadel paint though

the reason why it is silvery is because the trigger housing is made from a differnet metal, thus it is not black satin...you can take a quick look at the one I made....to see the colour....

cannot see it on the pics..the area where the fire selection lever is, which colour is it? It is supposed to be "silvery"....:-)

That is a nice build mate, and I agree, tone down that brass on the counter....unless one is a TD, less is more..:-)

Hi Phil:-) I am glad you like the look of my armour, and I both respect and fully appreciate your job as a DO (I am a Captain in the Army, so know all about clearing the look on a uniform so to speak.....:-)).. And I think you are doing a great job...truly!.:-) Please do not take my decision to wait with a new application, as a sign of me being offended, or anything. I am out of the country, so new pictures cannot be uploaded before I return.. Aditionally my weight loss is going great...so I will rather upload pictures of an improved look when I am ready....:-)....I expect it will be before the end of the year.......:-)...(..I do want to join the ranks of EI and subsequently CEN, but I do not want anyone to be able to put a finger on me not fully adhering to the CRL...:-))...

Good to hear David... No it means that it consists of 9 individual parts plus the t-tracks...and unless you specified otherwise it will come assembled and painted....
