Definitely interested in this closure system. I like its simplicity!

Nice!!!

No, no it doesn't. It seems a pittance compared to what we put in. I tend to save my change in a jar, and cash it in when it gets full, but now, that change will be saved for something like this!!!

Cricket's RS Stunt Build (for the Vertically Challenged)

One day I will have my own set of armor, once I get back to the States that is. This will definitely be one of the build threads that I will use as a reference!!! -

Cricket's RS Stunt Build (for the Vertically Challenged)

For us newbs following this thread, what is the purpose of plasti-dipping the inside of the helmet? Structural re-enforcement? Heat dissipation? Enhanced visibility? I think the inside looks good blacked out. -
I have 2 scopes, 1 with the bulb, 1 without, and even though I am a licensed Airframe and Powerplant aircraft mechanic, I would NEVER attempt to dismantle my scopes. The price of failure is too high for me.

DVH E-11 blaster kit project
douglasthecook replied to Darth Voorhees's topic in Build Threads Requireing Maintenance
Depending on the complexity of the kit, it might not be a bad idea, as there will always be questions on how a piece should go. You could also put a tutorial on how to build your kit on the forums, as you probably have one done, just need to splice and edit it... -
Thanks!

For real ones, is there a preferred model number?

So what types of Hengstlers are supposed to go on the bE-11 blasters, as I have seen several different types. I've done a search, but haven't found any conclusive info. Thanks!

That's really cool!!! The time involved in this is insane, and only matched by the skill behind the machine work.

I'm still not sure how I'd want mine, as I'm still doing my research, and trying to assemble all the parts for my build. Depending on cost, I suppose I could always get 2 sets, one with the wire attachments, and one without! As far as the paint goes, I'm still a ways away from that, and it was just a thought, nothing more. Thanks!

Wow, they look really good!!! I have a couple of questions that I didn't see, but this thread is 19 pages, so I might have missed them. Will there be provisions to add wires to the back of them, and will the option to get them in an unfinished state be available if we want to do our own painting, not that I'm nearly that far yet. Ideally this is something that I'd like to put on my E-11, as I'm starting to source components now. If that is not the purpsoe of these, I'm also cool with that. I'm still learning, so hopefully my questions don't sound too ignorant. Thanks again, and I like the way they look in your display case!

Would it be possible to get added to the list, as I am definitely interested. Thanks!
