It is hard but very doable. A year ago I weighed 230 I am at 200 now and I'm 6 foot and 35 years old. I cut out Soda and tried to limit my intake of processed foods. I went towards whole grains etc. I also started this great program called 100 pushups http://hundredpushups.com/...I liked it and it works . Keep us posted and Also documet . I would suggest doing a photo diary. It is a good motivator to see your progress
