I too am taking them on from within....started wearing my boots instead of dress shoes next I will see if I can go without a tie forgot to say that I am in charge of international sales for an electronics manufacturing facility

Go for Centrum... I swear by it....I have taken 1 a day for the past 4 years and I never get more than a sniffle Centrum ....from A to Zinc....LOL

I think age is a factor too...how old are you? I know that up until a few years ago my metabolism was super high...I wieghed 110 through high school (I am 5'6) and 120 in college and could not for the life of me put on weight.... However several years of working at a desk and not eating properly, plus not being as active as I used to have taken its toll and I have put on 40 pounds.... My suggestion to you is count your blessings and add padding!

That's right add one coat and let cure and then another. I'm not sure about the weight since it is attached to my jeep but I would guess that it wouldn't be that bad plus it would strengthen the plastic

There is spray on rubber underliner for trucks/cars that is smooth and flexible. I will look for it and report back. EDIT Found some - ------------ Have something like this under my Jeep and it is really tough

I believe that it is more work. I think that the armor is significantly different However we do have a ROTJ elite on the board.

Obviously they don't know what they missing out on. Maybe you should have shown them the threads with your work? Then they could have seen how much you put into your work? They have missed out on a truly wonderful guy that would have busted his butt to work for them. Do you need some knee caps broke?
