Acrylic is the best paint to use. You can get away without using a primer as long as you lightly sand the area first. Goes on nicely and dries quickly.

I tie mine back and make it into a 'bun' which sits just above my neckseal.

Hi Rob, I'm really glad to have seen this thread. I'm 6'2 and around your kind of build. My old FX used to fit fine everywhere but the legs - always a bit too much knee showing. I'm glad to see that the AM fits better. Superb build too. My AM armor is winging its way to me now and I look forward to posting up build pics soon. Thanks again for this. Scott.

Hairdryer on the inside, damp flannel on the outside to make sure you don't warp your precious lid. Apply pressure to the lenses from the outside whilst holding the damp flannel up against them, if you know what I mean.
