Yup! One of holes I made was too large, so the rivet tore free through the fabric so I had to re-do the hole for the rivet+snap combo.
I have since replaced the whole belt unit. But that was for completely different reasons.
Maybe with the US market. But the UK makers are safe. We got that established with the SDS vs LFL case a few years ago. At least when it comes to OT costumes.

Of course everything can change. And I certainly hope it will, too. Because what I've seen so far is not good enough to warrant the full price they will be asking for.
I personally wouldn't call criticism advertisement. And if my comments helps newbies learn some of the details to look for when comparing any armour to originals, then that's worth it too.
I think it looks really strange and sanitized. Some angles are too sharp or at the wrong angle, and some details are missing. Like the missing dimple in the circle inside the ab box and the cut in the 4-button plate not being deep enough.
The originals had a large loop of elastic glued to the inside front which you pulled a belt through and wear outside of your undersuit under the torso armour.
