  1. No, there is difference between the armour as well. Not much between ANH and ESB, but compared to ROTJ there is. Most EU variations are based on the ROTJ armour as well.
  2. I would recommend doing the mentioned adjustments before centurion. It's always better to be over the top.

  4. Get a set of snaps that come with a setting tool and you can set them yourself with just a hammer and the included tools.
  5. Like stated, you really should consider adding the snaps to the ab and belt to keep it in place. You should also paint the side split rivets and knee belt rivets white, as well as shorten the shoulder bell straps to bring them in closer to your chest. But that's minor issues to make you look even better. Approved!
  6. Yes, the position of the biceps are better now. I must insist that you strap them together with the forearms though to keep them in this position so they don't ride up again while trooping. Approved.
  7. Well, a RS helmet in PP plastic, which is the most accurate helmet made to date, costs about £350.
  8. Yes. But..... You'd be starting out in a part of the legion that's on its way out. Not the ideal starting point. The best thing is still to sell it or put it in storage, and get a more accurate helmet.
  9. I'll have a proper look at this application later tonight. But adding the snaps to the ab and belt is the right thing to do.
  10. No, it's not really accurate either. It's slightly larger than AP, but the size isn't the problem with it, it's the symmetry and he seam across the frown, the ears and other small details that make it look strange..
  11. With steady hands like that you should get a more expensive helmet at do it up completely screen accurate.
  12. Correct. The loops are only used in ESB.
  13. It sure is. http://www.mwctoys.com/REVIEW_030909a.htm
  14. Excellent. Cover strip assembly on all limbs except back of shins (I just noticed your biceps looks like overlap) If you're asking me for nit picking details then this is what I would change: Take away a little more of the front forearm so there is absolutely no return, even in the corners where the ridge with the dents in it meet the edge. Trim the return of the knee plate slimmer. Roughly half of current "thickness". Cut off the other half of the holster straps so there is no loop, just a single strap. Replace white shoulder webbing with white elastic. Drill/cut out the sides of the blaster front sight so it's open to the sides like the original sterling, and drill out a bit of the barrel to give it some depth. Sand/polish some more on the seam where your shim is to hide the seam better. Replace the mic tips with some that has more accurate (tighter) mesh. Assemble biceps slimmer. Looks like you have a lot of space inside them compared to the thickness of your arm.
  15. Very good. In the meantime I suggest working on cover strip assembly on the forearms as well, since I'm not approving this request before the decals are replaced anyway. And the cover strip assembly is something we voted on recently and that passed with a big majority so that should count as a requirement as well. If not per CRL, see it as a personal improvement.
  16. See my comment in the other centurion thread where he did the same tho his decals. I feel that it applies to yours as well: http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/22493-tk-27555-requesting-anh-stunt-centurion-status/page__st__20#entry281394 While technically permitted, I feel that this is not a method that should be encouraged. Either take the time to paint it all, or pony up the extra $20 dollars or so for proper decals.
  17. I disagree. I think it's just fine. The armour doesn't permit the knee plate sitting any higher since the ridges are in the way. But the decals and velcroed forearms are show stoppers in my opinion.
  18. Agreed. Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2
  19. I have seen plenty of different frowns, but yet a single one that squares off like that. -------------
  20. Nice work with the painting! For the tube stripes I would use the brush to get the right kind of texture. With spray it gets "too good". Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2
  21. Forget about the eFX helmet, and there is no eFX armour. Get something more accurate. It's more bang for the buck(et).
  22. Needs more pointy ends on the frown though.
  23. E-6000 for the should bell strap and a clamp to hold it down worked just fine for mine. Btw, the shoulder straps that under the ribbed bridges are supposed to be white.
