  1. Yes. Like I said in the comment, it made little change to require the boots to be of a different wear than the armour. So we removed the requirement (although I would have preferred a different wording than complete removal).
  2. Just be mindful to put the ears on the right side of the helmet. They do not like to swap sides.
  3. That's because the url you tried to post didn't end in an image extension, like ".jpg", whereas if you copy the image address, you are sure to get it. Great looking armour by the way!
  4. You're fine. The markings are following the lines of the original ears, which are a little bit more wonky than what people here are used to looking at. Sometimes you look so much at fan made stuff that you forget what the real deal looks like. Here are some pictures of the real helmet yours was made from:

  10. It will fix itself when you fix the Rivets. Also don't forget that the ears cover up the rest. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

  13. Washing up liquid and luke warm water.
  14. Well, to start with, the trooper you are looking at is not the armour that Luke wears. You should be looking at this guy with the back turned towards the camera where you can just barely see the 2 rear most rivets: But the most prominent picture is the promo photos of Luke wearing the belt from that armour, much like after the guys have escaped the trash compactor: Personally I feel it's kind of funny that the CRL demands 4 rivets, when only Luke, and no other hero costume wears 4 rivet holsters (and the trooper that wears the 4 rivet belt before Luke takes it wears a stunt helmet).

  20. I've created this special section to put this thread to only discuss original suits and how they were. Completely unrelated to what the 501st does or needs. We have so many other sections for 501st stuff, but until now nothing for replicas. A got a whole bunch of more info on the elastics from Voice in the crowd that I will try to add tomorrow, as well as tidy up the post a little.
