  1. Yeah. Almost anything goes, as long as it comes from the heart.
  2. Let's see... This is the 12th V-day me and my wife share (been together for 13 years in March ) Try to do something out of the ordinary for her. Fill up a hot bath for her, so she an relax. Heavy on the foam, with candles alongside. Make a great meal at home! Bet you haven't done that yet? Candlelit, you newly shaved, something you've cooked, and of course in a shirt (don't need the tie). Make a small book of pictures of the two of you. That way, you can both sit and talk about them, share the memories once more etc. etc. Many things one can do.
  3. I know some people tend to be left-handed, but have a dominant right eye. So when it comes to shooting, they use their right hand. Some people just to some stuff with the left hand, and other things with the right.
  4. At that price, that is most likely the CE. MR only made 2 versions (AFAIK), the Limited Edition and the Collectors Edition.
  5. Transformers was really good, IMO. But my favorite sci-fi series, so far, would have to be Babylon 5.
  6. I have no idea on how the customs in the US treat replicas, but if it is well documented... Shouldn't be too much of a problem, I hope.
  7. Yeah, that translation is correct.
  8. The reason they used left-handed holsters in the movie (ANH), is of course due to the magazine. My guess is that it was painful having the magazine bumping into their thighs... Most of the stormies shoot with their right hand though, so I don't think it matters if you have it on the left side... The holster is there to give your arms some rest, not to be able to quick draw a blaster carbine...
  9. I'm about 6'2 myself, and a fairly large head. And my melon fits good in an AP. If the RT-mod is larger, it shouldn't pose any problems.
  10. Here's some pics of my AP. ------------ Basically, it's 2 BlaklƤder kneepads cut into pieces, and glued inside. And a piece of foam just over my nose ridge. Comfy and snug. And I suspect the lenses won't fog up much as well.
  11. Here's what I did for my AP lid: --------- Basically, I took 2 kneepads and cut them up. I've used contact glue, but I guess any type might work. And I glued a piece of foam just beneath the lenses. This keeps them from fogging up too much from breathing. As you can see, there's still room in between the pads for fans and such.
  12. Well, you can configure your soundcard by using a SD card reader. The file opens in ordinary Notepad, and is supposedly easy to change settings and stuff on (since I don't have a reader yet, I haven't tested it). There's also downloads available at their website. One cool aspect about it's static burst, is that the noise is made up from 8 different noises. so it plays just a bit different every time. This can also be tuned in the file (together with sensitivity, and how long after you stop talking before the burst).
  13. I have the Plecter labs one, and it's great! Works like a charm, and is capable of decent output as well!
  14. Awesome! Welcome to the ranks of nameless white guys!
  15. If Al don't guy this, I'll be interested! A forehead part can be replaced with something else. Oh, will these fit an AP helmet?
  16. Do these helmets come in one-size-fits-all, or are they specified? I'm interested in getting one for my new AP helmet, if anyone is able to help me out...
  17. I followed the link, and got tkane care of. I've got a helmet on the way!
  18. Have to join in on the choir here... Me 2, please?
  19. I've got it, and tested it. And WOW! It's loud! It's easy to work, and the size is perfect. Going to troop with it for the first time on friday (Clone Wars permiere), so I can give more info then.
  20. Sad to hear this. My hopes and prayers go to you both.
  21. Will be getting my own tomorrow, and really looking forward to it! There's sounds ready for download at their page? Cool! Have to check that out...
  22. I bought this one, and it's a decent enought setup. Gives some feedback from the tip mics, if you plan on putting the entire thing inside your helmet. However, it does not produce a static burst... For that, you'd need TrikToys FX board as well... Or ROM/FX.
  23. Good luck man, I have my fingers crossed!
  24. Yes, I plan to see it, and it is scheduled for theater release in August.
  25. Security guard, and a weekend warrior with the Norwegia Home Guard. 2nd. Lt. MP.
