  1. Most armor maker offer seprate/replacement parts. Like said above, you should try to get the same brand as your kit, unless you are needing a different size or wanting to up grade the look/type. Yes, the color tone of the white may/might not be exact to your suit, but that can happens unless the parts/kit was made from the same batch of plastic. I would also look at getting the same type of material (ABS, PVC, HIPS) so it will match the best.
  2. We are using the term "Battle Wear" for the TKs when aging their armor, so members do not take the wording "weathering" that is used on the MEPD as to mean the same effect as the Sandtroopers.
  3. I think Joe is saying, is that you could do a TD (sandtrooper) with the mixed and matched colored toned armor. With weathering the armor it would mask it color tone differences. Some people will do this to there TK when they see the color tone turning yellow-ish. Or now making Death Troopers. This way you do not lose a set of armor, but gain a TD. Then you can buy a new kit and start fresh with a new TK...... Just my 2 cents.
  4. Willrow Hood is Rebel Legion, and in was fun to see the Willrow Hood flash mob at C6 running around.......
  5. Crew Direct hit on all Brian said above. Also, I price it and I can do one for around $200 USD
  6. I feel that this should be added to the Sept NL for the re-cap of C6.
  7. it is hard to tell, since some of the details have been sharpened. The back traps and tears details are wrong for a Incinerator anyway. I always say build it yourself so you know what has been done to it....kinda like a shady body shop doing work on your car, you do not know what quality you are getting.
  8. I just wanted to say it was an honor to meet you all and get to hang out with you. I am waiting on the photographer to contact me with the group photos (TK Legion, EI, Centurion, Women TKs, TKC, and FISD Commmand staff) will post soon. I just wanted to let you all know that after the shoot, Brian Muir and his wife Lindsay said to me that it was an honor to be asked to be apart of the photo shoot. The TK's were not in the greatest of numbers there, but had some of the best looking costumes at C6. I am very proud to know that. T!!!! K!!!
  9. The situation has been discussed at all levels. I have been mediating with all parties concerned to try to resolve the product/money issue. Like said above, Mason has some health issues and he asked that they would not become public until he had exhausted all avenues to determine the extent of his problems and a recovery time. Be aware that we are working to resolve all problems in a equitable manner and will allow everyone to be updated in the very near future. I thank you for your support, Tom
  10. Grattis pƃĀ„ fƃĀ¶delsedagen Mathias!!!!!
  11. Ten... 1000, all in advance......... Just kidding unless you want to send me 10,000. The ESB promo is on my list that I am fixing/updating. I have been working on the cleaning/updating the CRLs and I have been going over them with a fine tooth comb. I want to make sure that all the verbiage is correct. (not an overnight happy meal thing) But making sure they understandable not only for the new members, but Vets as well.
  12. Got you on the list Mark We were wanting this to be something special for all the FISD members. if you can, please get your son Ian to jump on here and join the FISD in the next day or two (it only takes a minute)

  15. That would be great, if Brian is not busy at the time we are doing the shoot.
  16. i got a real MGC that I am working on making into an ROTJ style E11, and the allen bolts are at 11-ish and 5-ish....... No worries, as long as your ROTJ blaster hit the major points (looks correct) do not worry about the "4 and 10".......10-4 I made a joke..... FYI, I been doing the refining (Cleaning up) of the CRLs (all TKs) wanting to get all of the 9 CRL's done, plus the Endor ROTJ split as well, before updating anything. Stay tuned.

  18. The original lid openings where somewhat oval-ish and you needed to turn you head or bucket to put it on. Archive pic of an original TK lid. More archived pix here:-------- Below is a video for back in 1978 (Making of Star Wars, As told by C3PO and R2D2) Start watching the at the 10.39 time stamp and you will see them getting some TKs ready. The first thing is them putting on a lid. ---------
