Hi everyone, Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Gerry. I'm 54 and 3 quarters and I live in Bedfordshire in England. I’ve recently joined the 1st Imperial Stormtrooper Detachment and I’m really looking forward to being part of this awesome community. I’ve always had a love for Star Wars and the iconic stormtrooper armour. Safe to say the original movie had a big impact on me. As a kid growing up in the '70s and seeing that in the cinema .... well ... just amazing. Anyway, fast forward a few decades, and I finally turned some dreams into reality ..... And .... I’ve been with the UK Garrison since November 2022 and had my ANH Stunt TK cleared in March 2023—TK-29770. I've been actively trooping since and absolutely loving it. I’ve known about FISD for a while but only recently took the plunge and registered here. I’m hoping to learn more about the detachment, connect with other TKs from across the globe, and maybe even see how I can take my armour to the next level. I have attached pics of the armor along with some other soft parts that came with the kit I purchased from my garrison member. Seems to be only thing i'm missing is the handplates. Then here are the gloves that came with it as well. Front and back pics. Canvas is from TrooperBay! Checked with my garrison member and he confirmed. Pics of it anyways. Here is the separate plate with ab and belt details Helmet came partially assembled. At a glance, it seems to be an easy enough finish of the helmet. Also came with the nice aerators/HOVI tips HOVI Tips Gasket for the brow So next up... Going to order some tools to get moving on assembly. I'm planning on doing the forearms first, then biceps. Have to order material to start making the rigging for the whole thing.

If I remember correctly, the Stormtrooper Sniper was from the original Battlefront game. So the base armor would be RoTJ, then add the blue pauldron and whatever rifle they had in the game. But before that, someone would need to provide reference shots from the game.
