Been a long few days but feeling accomplished. Have to do the kidney and butt plate still, but making progress !

I’ll have a look this weekend and see the best I can come up with. I’m close at least. I’ve tried with the heat gun already but was a bit careful to not overdo it as I wasn’t sure of the placement before. the pictures helped a lot, THANKS! ?

Hi Daniel, The alignment of your Sniper knee would be ok for Level 3 . However, the RWA knee can be positioned a little more flush, I have personally built a couple of those armors and you can use the hot water bath or heat gun (very carefully) to give some shape, in addition to using clamps (lot of clamps) and E6000.

Fellow Troopers, As you know, us TDs/TKs aren't on the top of the pay scale at the good ol' Empire. We have to make do with our meager paychecks. I thought I'd share my cheap and easy E-11 prop build in case there are any other troopers looking for an inexpensive E-11. I used Rubie's Star Wars Rebels Stormtrooper Costume Blaster from Amazon, a drill, some paint, and some greeblies to spice it up. The blaster isn't 100% screen accurate when it comes to size and shape, but it is pretty close. With a little TLC, you can turn a toy into a nice prop. Greeblies used: Electric shaver power cord from Amazon for $5, got the idea from this site...thanks! 5/32” x ¼” pop rivets from Home Depot for $5 Hard drive screws from work for free 3 pin inline mic connector used as the Hengstler counter connector, from eBay, 2 for $5 shipped E-11 power cylinders from Shapeways.com for $10 with coupon E-11 D-ring from Shapeways.com for $2.50 E-11 D-ring mount from Shapeways.com for $3.50 Scope reticles for free from this awesome site! Congratulations, looking much better. One other thing, drop boxes should align with the ends of the plastic belt, add a small amount of glue under the elastic can help keep them in the correct position For Level 3, Drop boxes are vertically aligned with the end of the ammo belt with minimal gap between belt and box.

Some makes of armor the shoulders are just too small and it is hard to get them close to the chest. Moving the snaps further forward on the shoulder strap elastic can help pull them in on the front when you have moved your arms.
