There might be a member or two on there that can help. Most of the Garrisons have a Facebook page, you can often send a message there. But as Glen suggested, trying their forum might be the best bet. I would suggest how long would depend on what they have going on in their lives, some check accounts several times a day, some only every week or so. We have also just gone through elections, positions may have been changed, with that access to email accounts may need to be changed over and verified so it may take a little time. Quote
