I ordered from him in October and have not received my voice amplifier and he has essentially ghosted me on several attempts to reach him . Oddly he was very responsive until he got my payment .  It seems like others have had this happen . Anyone else have this occurrence ? Zero communication is so not cool in the business community .

Many posts on the forum of no contact, orders have been taking up to 12 months. Our DL is aware and has posted the following end of April:

 

"I'll cut to the chase, he's trying his best to catch up with orders and will deliver all orders eventually but it will take time. Depending on where you are in the queue will determine when you get your order.

No new orders are being taken, only the back log.

Sorry it's not great news, but he really is trying to get everyone what they ordered."

Yeah , pretty crappy business model . Even if he posted a blanket statement for everyone who got the shaft maybe woukd have some piece of mind . Don’t think I am ever gonna see it though .

We see this far too often with suppliers, it's pretty common, it is unfortunate, but at least with this supplier he is actually delivering, albeit @12 months behind.

 

I've been out of pocket from other suppliers going out of business or just stop supplying over the years, it's far too common.

 

One thing to note the deal with LFL was prop/armor suppliers must do this as a hobby/second job not their main form of income. Still this is not an excuse not to make their customers aware of any situation.

Have confidence that it will come. I waited18 months for mine and have been very happy with it.

Unfortunately this is a result of situations outside of his control. He is doing his best to get products to those who paid for them, as fast as possible.

I hear ya but some form of communication would be appreciated . To not respond is just plain horrible business
