Sliding Belt

Recommended Posts

Photos would probably help. Normally the belt is angle upwards slightly on the sides so the bet can't slip down.

Here's a random pic from an EIB application showing what I mean, not the upwards angle to the back, with the belt tight it can't slip.

If you can't achieve this on the sides you could always add some velcro to both the kidney and fabric belt so it stays up.

Usually people have the snaps on the ab plate that the belt attach attach to! That in combination with tightening it a lot is super good!
