Gaskets:  Geekypink/Soulart ...  Can't recommend these enough

Bucket:  Anovos Std line

Belt:  Trooperbay

F-11:  I will be printing this myself

No need to be quick take your time, measure twice or in some cases three times before cutting. The trooperbay videos on the old TK on youtube are super helpful as well as the PandaProps youtube channel. The techniques of working with plastic certainly carry over as well as the materials and tools used.

HEY!!!!!
You made it here.
I was so excited to see your name here as you begin this journey.
Thank you for the honor of creating for your armor. It was my pleasure. Truly.
If you need any help, or pictures of piecing armor together, please let me know.
As you know my Phasma is a KB Props, and I have appx 1000 pics I'd happily share.
I always meant to create a build thread, but I seem to always find something else to sew rather than type. :)
If you need anything, let me know.

Boy, has this build stalled, or what?

I still seem to be in the collecting phase.  I have purchase a few upgrades for the build, Ukswraith's shoulder reinforcements and bucket sound system.  Aluminum holster upgrade ...  The list goes on.

I just finished printing my F-11D and SE-44 (thanks 5th Horseman) and will be knocking those together to test out my paint.

As to paint, I opted for a paint I have used in the past when doing bodywork on my old motorcycle.  It had full plastic (ABS) bodywork, and this is a spray that is specifically designed for use on flexible body work.  SEM paints.  Here is a link to the white I am trying out:

I will try and update this thread a little more often.  I have a new build deadline (self imposed) of September 20th.

Between Ruthar's and Ukswrath's excellent builds, I have finally found the confidence to start cutting on my KB kit ...  Cut out the chest plate, main shoulder bells, and bicep pieces, as well as started on the yoke, tonight.

Ukswrath, your recommendation of the high speed cutting wheel was on point.  Makes cutting the plastic so straightforward (wish I had known about it when I was doing my styrene R2 build) ... Anyone about to start one of these builds, seriously consider using the HS cutting wheel, it chips out the plastic with nice clean cuts.

I will post some photos in the next day or so after I get more cutting done ...
