They obviously will need some work, but should be just fine for initial approval once they are shiny and white. There are a few topics on here that will let you know what products have worked best to strip them down and paint them. Hope this helps! So while they'd work for basic 501st approval they wouldn't do for Level Two 501st Certification, nor for EIB/Centurion status.
