Anywho, today I bought: - epoxy 2-component - primer - tamiya grey spraypaint for the thermal detonator - humbrol white gloss 22 - washers So far I've painted the split rivets on the sides. Also, the crotch rivet is nickle, not brass.. So I'll have to fix that when applying for cent in the future. Notice the placement of your mounting screws compared the reference pic I've provided. Though where yours are mounted won't effect any approvals it will definitely be suggested as something to change for accuracy sake. Little did I know that it would be that much off. <br><br> Not much to do at this point. I think I can easily fix it with new and better made hooks, since the holes are that much off center. Note that I haven't cut out the "turn" just yet. Is the placement right to the angle of the tigh? Or did I missplace? So hard to compare with other pictures, since the molds are different. Ukswraths AM / ATA were a bit different from what I could see. And look at that mess. One day till deadline. Airborne Trooper[501st] Posted August 21, 2015 Report Share Posted August 21, 2015 From my understanding, you want the edge on the outside to be as flush as you can, then center the 3rd ammo block with the middle of the thigh.
