Wow... Nice collection! Had no idea there were so many variations...

If a couple are taking up too much space, send me a PM ;)

None of these have 5 digits... there's a red one on the right making 6 digits total. And 2 yellow ones on the other "white" one next to the 4 white numbers, also making for 6.

Awesome collection, I have been trying to locate a real Hengstler counter for awhile now. I wanted to ask where did you get these from?

So which version would be the correct one.

Would a new Type 478 (Modular system 400) be acceptable?

It doesn't look like it has the eagle logo, but would that be visible if I removed the plastic sleeve?

The new Hengstler is a full plastic counter with no eagle inside.

Ok so a new counter is definitely not accurate enough and a strictly vintage one is needed?

A front half of a resin eagle counter could replace that half if you just need the number wheels and window half. You can buy super nice replica ones on the FS threads for around $70 if you don't want to DIY. I think they do want an eagle on there though

I want stuff like this aswell one day, same with scopes etc...

Put a nice dedicated display case tower for it with some nice lights... :peace:
