I will be posting pictures and descriptions of the various 501st missions I have participated in including joint missions with the Capital City Garrison, Garrison Excelsior and other international garrisons. Rochester Lilac Festival Parade in New York state with the Garrison Excelsior. Television coverage. (that's "clamps" yielding the stick) doing a local television interview but no talking. with Giancarlo Esposito (breaking bad, usual suspects, do the right thing) Toronto Animation Arts Festival International (TAAFI) Animators worldwide come together for this multi-day festival. the Canadian Garrison was there for the festival highlight party. 6 TKs including "Clamps" a surprise entrance. Dan Povermire, one of the co-creators of Phineas and Ferb and the voice of Dr. Doofenshmirtz., tweets about his stormtrooper shock a photo booth and props, then things get silly, yes that is the Nelvana logo, the Toronto animation studio who drew Boba Fett for the 1978 christmas special. a LOT of stormtrooper love going on here... no i don't know who she was. still looking Jeff "Swampy" Marsh is the other co-creator of Phineas and Ferb and the voice of Major Monogram. 5 weeks later the excellent Phineas and Ferb Star Wars special is released. coincidence? Canadian Garrison was there for family day. Troop #200 for one of our members. Walk for Memories 25th Anniversary - fundraiser for the Alzheimer Society Toronto first troop for 3 new members. 1,500 walkers raised $600,000+ Canada = hockey some lovin' from Clamps Ontario Collectors Con kids see the vintage and new action figures then come out and see the full sized ones! LegoLand Discovery Centre - Attack of the Clone Miniland special displays of Star Wars scenes from Episode II 7 of us on hand for a media day and opening weekend. displays lit up, moved, were interactive and very cool Brampton Beast Hockey - Star Wars night this men's team is part of the ECHL and wore Star Wars jerseys for the game that were auctioned off afterwards 10 of us on hand for puck drop, on-air segment in VIP area. scout's night brought lots of kids. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
