lorddavids[TK]
Hi guys, a quick question: I ordered my armor, how much glue I need? 29.7mL or 9mL tube?
Pencap510
You will always need extra glue - never a bad thing to have;)
Tusken RTT
Get the 2oz size, but get at least 5 of them. Easier to work with and you will have a few do overs of coverstrips most likely. Easy to leave the caps off of em too! Cheapest thing of the whole build! gmrhodes13[Staff]
I used 1 and half 3.7oz tubes, you can never have enough glue
Bulldog44[TK]
I made lots of mistakes along the way so having more glue is better. I agree with Scott about the smaller tube size. Easy to work with and the pointy nozzle spout on them makes it easy to use the right amount.
lorddavids[TK]
Thank you guys, I've bought 110 mL tube!
Rigel[TK]
I bought two large tubes just to be on the safe side. Gave what remained to the workshop along with a bunch of clamps, sandpaper, webbing & elastic. Helping future TKs.
