hikeba[TK]
So how do I trim these so they fit better? I'm not sure where I trim (which side how much etc.) Any help is appreciated!
Darth Voorhees[501st]
Looks to me like they are over trimmed. Not much you can do but get new ears. Probably not what you wanted to hear, but i personally dont see another option. hikeba[TK]
Sigh... I was hoping if I shaved down the right areas they would fit better. I swear I left more material than is on my other helmet! Looking in to new ears and a new forearm (thats another story!)
stearman_325
They look a little high. Can you lower them down a little bit, and then tuck the bottoms in? Sent from my iPhone
A Master Builder
Best way to solve this is get some new ears bud. What armor is this by the way? It happens, not a big problem,
bjsavage7[TK]
The ears are really easy to over trim. I guess thats why ATA comes with two sets...one practice set & one to fit the helmet properly.
DroidHunter
Ears are a miserable pain in the you-know-what. They do look a little high, but based on the trimming you have done, lowering them will likely just add unnecessary holes to the lid. I'd grab a new pair. Sorry brother.
