In Aus I got mine from a haberdashery shop, they use it as chair padding comes in a square and is yellow in colour, good hunting

I use a contact adhesive, you coat both pieces, let get tacky then put them together, not sure what the name of it would be in your neck of the woods. On may arms and in my bucket I glued Velcro on to the foam so I can remove it if I want to wash them, has worked great so far, had a really sweaty troop :laugh1:

That's a better idea than the hot glue I used to use in the past. Man, we were so ghetto in 2005. :-p

 

I haven't tried them in the shins, but have certainly used them in the forearms and at times biceps too. I've also used a little in my back & butt plates to get that flat look one should have.

I used velcro on all the padding so I can take them out and clean/replace them after they get all nasty from sweat.
