report button location?

I was reading the newsletter post about the report button, yet I can't seem to find it on the skin?

 

is it a permissions issue with extended staff?

 

not that I needed the button, but since I don't see it I was wondering.

I see a report button on all replies to posts..including the one you posted here...

Bottom right of the post, to the left of 'MULTIQUOTE' That is the default location. If not, I wouldn't have a clue :/

Even after I changed the CSS a while back to highlight the button...

 

I know that you've used it before, and it is still in the same position as it always has been, just even more visible these days.

I'm on a PC using the grey FISD skin and there is no buttons besides EDIT multiquote and quote.

I also can't see the button, PC using IE9, prefer using this browser so won't be changing to another

Well, then I can't help you. I am not going to dig around 2000+ lines of CSS to break functioning code for two people that can switch browser on the odd occasion they need a specific function.
