Handguards on eBay - Recast?

I don´t know the maker and wanted to check out if anybody knows him or his products and can say if these Handguards are recasts, maybe of Karin's handguards?!

He sells them at such a low price that I am not sure how this is possible....

I'm happy to see that these aren't recasts, and congratulations to Kevin for making such nice handguards that they could be mistaken.

 

I'm closing this thread since that's what you guys seem to want, and the case seems pretty much closed anyway.
