This guy has a grip of armor for sale, but it looks really bad. It is HIPS from what he says. Anyone recognize this armor? Only any good to anyone with a specific requirement for spare parts and realistically these parts would need some serious reinforcement work before you could really wear them. TK bondservnt[501st] Posted April 23, 2012 Report Share Posted April 23, 2012 (edited) it's not even a full suit of armor! it's short on shins and inner forearms it also has no belt helmet ear only has one. huh? no abdomen plate no caps for belt one knee plate is wrinkled so bad you can't use it. and to top it all off... there is no helmet top! and from the look of the child mat in the background the poor kid probably cracked the faceplate on the helmet. so you can't even make a suit of armor. this is just a pile of junk hips thin parts.
