Evolver79[TK]
Armor should be here within days!!! I have a question for the Vets; is a Pauldron acceptable for EIB status? If so what color? Thanx for the help!

RogueTrooper[TK]
Sorry, Pauldrons are only for the Sandtrooper, Incinerator Trooper, Nova Trooper, and the HWT. If you are doing a regular TK (white Armor), like an ANH, ESB, or ROTJ, then Pauldrons will not be accepted. If you've already ordered one, then just keep it, and use it when you build one of the others that do have a Pauldron as a part of their costume. Evolver79[TK]
I've been reading everyone's thoughts on snaps. I have been to the Tandy site, but I can't figure out what snaps to get or what tools i need to install them. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Defiance7x13[TK]
That's the easy way of going about it. I did about half my suit with a hammer and the provided tools before I broke down and got the pliers. Life was much easier after that. GosHawk[501st]
You could probably use for sale signs. The can be purchased at Lowes or Home Depot.

Evolver79[TK]
My big brown box of happy is here! If anyone has thought of the RT-Mod kit, I highly recommend it!!!! The trimming is way more than I expected and the helmet is perfect!I feel kind of bad taking it apart so I can paint the interior. I am overwhelmed! :D Here are some pics, more to follow! Thanx for the help everyone! I bought these at Wal-Mart. They seem a little thicker than the sale signs i looked at so i went with these... I haven't used them yet but they seem like they should work fine. Good luck on the build!
Evolver79[TK]
A quick update, I have finished the Biceps, Forearms, & Helmet. I had to use velcro for the forearms so my hand could fit. <_< I coated the inside of the helmet & installed TK-4261's fan, which is awesome by the way! I'm ordering another one. I will post more pics soon. Edited November 21, 2010 by Evolver79
