  1. ATA and CAP are quite cheap. To fix it: Fill the bad tooth with bondo, glue some extra ABS/styrene behind it to give it some hold. Sand smooth. To cut out the theeth: ----------- Mark position, drill a small hole. Then take same jewelers files to make them square. Repaint HTH!
  2. I'd say keep it as it is and get a more accurate one. Tofixthat, you'd need bondo, paint and patience.
  3. What Jim said I think they originally wore them because of those 70ies hair styles Juan (ionoclasta88) has a similar hair-do as you and the balaclava works just fine for him.
  4. Wear a balaclava, like they did in the movies ----------
  5. He's just saying it in the title, so it can be found more easily by ebay search. Of course, if it is built correctly and fitted to the wearer, it would be 501st approved.
  6. Stay away from Ebay! (except CfO: Good quality, nice bloke, etc)
  7. Gentlemen, I have done business with all of you and we even have exchanged some friendly PMs and emails. I like you all. But, please, keep in mind that this thread is about RTA recasting, not about TM build history. I'd like for once read a thread which is not diluted with various accusations that don't belong to the topic. *Move along*
  8. If not, he should have been!
  9. Troopers in need are always being helped - be it emotionally, financially or with LOTS of informantion
  10. I see. They have the squares in the front and the back. Just cut off the squares like they did in ESB:)

  12. Too bad that someone bought this.. for $305!!!!
  13. Well, ebay...nothing is as it seems... But I hope other will chime in for a second opinion
  14. Also, if it is really1.5 mm AND HIPS, it my be far to flimmsy and prone to tear/crack
  15. okay, this looks like HIPS.You'd have to paint it. There are some differences to my ATA kit (ears, etc), so I can't really tell. I'd suggest to get a real ATA kit in glossy ABS to be sure
  16. That's a cool concept! Thanks for the expaination!
  17. I don't have a clue what you guys are talking about, but I think the result will be awesome!

  19. Have you looked in the fridge?
  20. Well,I haven't changed the resolution inthe past 3 years. It is still 1024x576. Other web pages still look the same, only FISD changed over night.
  21. Thanks, Mathis. But I didn't find something like that on my small netbook
  22. Yes, sigs, member titles, everything. E.g, your "Detachment Webmaster" needed two lines before. What is "font smoothing" and how do I turn it on
  23. Strange. I made no changes to my setting. I'm using chrome. Here's a screen shot
  24. The general font and layout is quite smaller. Makes everything better arranged on my small netbook, but if members write in a smaller font than standard, I can hardly read it
