  1. The best dog I’ve ever owned was called Echo. (and I’m Jenny). JenEcho is our kennel name (registered with the Canadian Kennel Club) and it pays homage to my beautiful girl who is long gone from this reality, but who lives forever in my heart.

  3. Yay! Thank you guys for all your help, advice and encouragement. I have learned so much. I almost want to make another one Trooping has become such a highlight of my weekends. I love getting out there and getting love from the kids and their nerdy parents. The best a few months ago was this little boy who threw his arms around my legs while saying "HI SUPER TINY STORM TROOPER!!" The adventures of super tiny storm trooper have only just begun... (can you tell which one I am?)

I can't thank Mark ( @ABS80 ) enough for making such an awesome looking kit. I've done 20+ troops now with no issues and I absolute love how great it looks in pictures. I might be tiny, but I still look badass. Fixes mentioned during EIB submission (and a couple of other things) that have been done: 1. Glue cleaned up. 2. Secured drop boxes so they stay lined up. 3. Shortened shoulder elastics significantly and rounded the shoulder bridges - @justjoseph63 this makes such a big difference! Thank you for the advice. 4. Redid the padding in my helmet and I'm finally happy with how it fits. I ended up using the inside of a motorcycle helmet. Front Back Right Left New shoulders! Old vs new elastics (just in case you were curious) Action shot (I never know what to do for these) Clean buttons Belt (back) Belt (front) Right box Left box TD with pan head screws Strapping Shoulder straps with elastic Cod rivet Posterior snaps Strapping between snaps and rivet Male snap on right side Split rivets Ammo pack rivet Sniper knee Forearms with no return edges Flexible hand guards on rubber gloves Helmet (sides, back, front) S-trim Lens colour Padding/electronics Neck seal Boots Blaster D-ring
  5. Absolutely STUNNING job! I loved following along with your paint/dirtying work.
  6. AWESOME!!! Thank you so much! I will definitely clean up that E-6000 and adjust my shoulder straps. That connection was puzzling - I knew it was weird but couldn't figure out how to modify it. I really appreciate the advice. I'll fix those boxes and get my new pics soon! On to Centurion
  7. Yup your hand guards were fantastic and super easy to adhere. Thanks @justjoseph63
  8. Woohoo! Great work. You did an awesome job. And your littlest build is adorable
  9. Side view close up pics have been added. Please let me know if there's anything I've missed
  10. Yeah, the clips came with the kit. I actually tried to file them down a bit smaller, but quickly gave up on that because my lack of proper tools was causing extreme rage.
  11. Thanks Dan - it's definitely a challenge being a hobbit Those darn stripes! LOL - I went back and forth so many times debating what was the right way to put them on. You'd think with a 50/50 chance I might have got lucky. I'll get them perfect on my next build! The TD is 7.5" - I tried to get the ruler in my pic, but it didn't look great. Options for pan head screws are limited here in Canada. I'll be darned if I can remember the size I bought, but they fit into the same holes as the "original" kit screws (if that's relevant).
  12. Oh, I wasn't sure if linking to my pre-submission photos would be sufficient. I can definitely add them on here individually though
  13. Thanks! Oops - was hard to tell in that one pic, but the tips are white. Here's a better view

Thanks again for all your help here on these forums. This build can be overwhelming, but the advice and love from you guys kept me going.
