Speaking of hand guards is anybody making them? I have one of Jimmi's RO kits on order, however like the rest of his kit the hand guards are presumably fibreglass, not plastic as is required for Level 2.

Has there been any update to progress on getting this CRL approvable? I'd really like to do this build but to be honest the lack of a CRL makes it quite daunting. * not meant as any criticism, just a question *

I thought that shouting obscenities at armour was something you did while you were building it?

I thought that what the ground crew had were wands for guiding craft onto landing pads (like you see ground crew using at airports now) rather than batons? I can't think why ground crew would need something to hit people with....

So is the helmet made of the same flexible fibreglass as the armour, or is it more rigid?

Absolutely, my suggestion was only meant to apply for basic approval.
