Inside the ammo box and location of the 6 straps. The inside of my ammo box is actually neater than the CE display but I prefer it this way. If anyone looks inside while I am trooping they will not see any joins. You can see how the cloth lining is useful for hiding where the straps thread through.
My antenna is built. Made from scratch using fishing rod parts. I am currently rebuilding the entire back pack to a more CE accurate standard.

Hi and thanks, yes I have found a source for the hooks. The centre pouch is covered by bringing the large alice pack main flap down and over the centre pouch completely covering it.
I think the cable running up the fishing rod is not cable. it is flexible soft black rubber tubing. That would make it thread through the metal eyes easier and also it would flatten out when coiled around the pole like in the reference pic. it should not be too hard to work out the width of the tubing from the picture and source it correctly.
That antennae looks like a section of fishing rod, look closely and it has metal eyes on it at spaced intervals so that the wire can thread through it,,it look broken and detached down at the bottom end,,,any thoughts on this?
