    Firstly, that is done of the ugliest 3D printing I’ve ever seen. Very disappointing. It can be salvaged with a lot of work but I’d be embarrassed to send that out if I was the vendor.     Yes, it was a new technique created for TLJ armour. It’s polyurethane. Feels like holding a rubber car mat. Quite heavy but very flexible. Still prone to wear and tear, and when it rips it is done for. They produced over 100 ST kits for TROS - far more than FOs for TLJ. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

    We had TK variants for ANH, ESB and ROTJ. After TFA and TLJ it’s a shame we won’t have a TROS version of the CRL unless this extends specifically to Electroprod troopers only. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

    No, not in the threads. I don’t do those any more. The black section was part of the Vacform design from BSP. I just painted it up. I then sized the straps whilst wearing the forearms, cut some slits, fed through the leather, and joined with Chicago screws. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

    Here’s a pic of my shield back. I created leather armbands which work ok. If I did I’d again I’d probably have one armband for the inner forearm and then create a handle similar to the one seen in this 850Armorwork pic. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

    Quality production shots of the shield rear are hard to come by. I’ll ask around and see if I can find anything. In the meantime I would suggest an armband and handle combo. I saw 850 fo something with PVC piping and it looked good for the handle. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
