Sounds sensible. And from what I can tell, they are about the same size. my model was about 30cm tall, but I'we added a little whit the clay and bondo

Looking good I started that helmet to, but never finished it, I could not get the black parts to fit whit the alignment numbers missing I also felt it was to big, but I might be wrong on that one What are the dimensions on it??

I'm defenetly going to try and print this if I ever get my hands on a 3d printer

That's the same as I have Some parts needs to be reziced as well, the chest peice is way to smal, and like I said, the helmet does not look right. Had a look at the file earlier in the tread to, and that does also look wrong (atleast to me) it seems to narrow at the base, if you know what I meen what software are you using to sculpt ??

Let me know how that works out for you I've been having the same idea for some time now What files did you find?? I have a full suit made by fierek (was that right?), but the helmet that goes whit it is wrong

I would be interested in this as wel, I'we found lots and ots of 3d files online, but I can't realy find to mush in the line of discussions on here, I started a tread here asking about 3d printers, but only realy got 1 reply... A pinn, or sub forum would be grate, as 3d printing is realy starting to take off now, given that tthe cheep once are not the best, they are still sold, and the good once are only getting cheeper

The problem I found, besides the narow base bit, is that it was to smal, and that the shape of the beak is not entirely correct looking forward to seeing how yours looks

hmmm, looking at your "mik tip" and the one I bought from Dday, it seems that my helmet is either to small, or your "mic tip" is smaler then Ddays... mine doesn't fitt as "roomy" as yours, it's rather snug... hmmmm out of curiosety, what are the dimensions of your helmet??

different indeed, both the slit in the midle, and the angle of the "under arm" is different forearm, bicep, and sholder ble is also different.
