Hello Mark, welcome to FISD. I have Disney Park E-11. I spray painted it black and use it for trooping. It comes with light and sound. The kids will love it when you handed it to them. For size, it is about 90% smaller than resin Doopy Doos. Looks good on a kid, but look out of scale with full grown stormtrooper. I'll see if I can find a comparison photo. It is definitely lighter than a resin doopy doos. In term of accuracy, it does not have the charging capacitor. Also the folding stock is fully molded to the plastic. Also as alternative, you can also look into Hyperfirm E-11. They made from hard rubber.

I have the white stormtrooper. I love it. The kids love it. I lets them play around with it without worries as it is definitely thicker than my anovos bucket. Sadly the voice changer function is not something to shout about. wink :-).

Trial Photoshoot for EIB submission. Not very happy with the result. Note: 1. Left thigh not level with right thigh. To adjust the elastic. 2. Inner shirt bunching at the chest area. To tighten at this area. 3. To bring in the shoulder bell closer to shoulder bridge. Note: 1. One of the snap accidently undo itself. Clearly visible. 2. Right shin rear not fasten properly. Note: 1. I like this action pose. Will repeat this pose again.

Accuracy update: Rubber glove and flexible hand plate: Affix latex hand plate to black rubber glove.

Have opportunity to darken inside helmet. I use Rust o Leum Black Latex paint. It will dry to matt black. I use cotton gauze for reinforcement. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Dismantle helmet: I previously use hot glue to stick some foam. I use cold ice to freeze the hot glue residue. Wash the helmet with water and soap. Found cracks at 2 places. These were previously hidden by S trim. Will reinforce this area. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Hovi Mic Accuracy update: Obtained below parts for accuracy 1. Nail polish remover: remove existing paint. 2. Humbrol colours A) No 14: French blue No 48: Mediterranean blue C) No 85: Coal black D) No 5: Admiral grey 3. Counter sunk screw Test the nail polish remover on the grey teeth.
