Hello, I starting my Anovos TK build. This thread to chronicle my journey. Feeling nervous about this build as this is my first time. Started my own leather holster built too here. Feel free to chime.

For my armor, I want to make my own E-11 Leather Holster. I stay in Malaysia and most of the material and tools are source locally. Tools Snap Setter Set Leather Hole Punch 3mm Hobby Knives Metal Metric ruler Mallet Hard Rubber/Cutting board White colour pencil Consumable Leather Size 16"X16": I choosed a pre dyed black leather. As this was a pre dyed black leather, I will double up the holster strap with a brown undyed leather for ANH look. Button Snap Double sided rivet Template E-11 Blaster Leather Holster Template: I use TM template here Procedure 1. Study the template for previous bulit. Here & here 2. Print out the template in A3 size:I redraw the template in Inkscape. Set up the paper to A3. During printing, I encountered problem because my printer's printable margin cannot print out the full lines. So i adjusted some part to middle a bit and print the template twice. 3. Check the dimension is correct 4.Cut out the template: I combine the template using stationary tape. 5.Trace the template on the leather. Identify which side is the inside and outside: With the piece that I have, I can make 2 holster. A spare in case I mess this one up. 6.Cut the template with sharp hobby knife. I change the blade each time I want to make a new cut. For the stitching, I am going to send it to a leather shop nearby for machine stitching. I still not capable to do my own stitching yet. Hello fellow troopers, My name is Ahmad (nick:ayen_s) and I live in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I new to cosplay scene. Went to watch TFA with my wife and kids cosplaying as Jedi & Sith. Found out it a good way to spend more time with my family. I am currently in the vendor waiting list and currently doing research on armor building in FISB.
