Thanks for all the feedback gang. My kit is MTK. And one of the earlier sculpts. I'm really happy with everything else but the chest and bells. I'll take a look at Brian's FX chest he has left to see if that works. Then i might reach out to WTF or troopermaster for replacements I definitely think the bells are too small at least. Drives me nuts. Just dont feel like my armor is up to snuff compared to my Garrison mates. So working hard to get it fixed. I'll be in my TIE until i can (or my snowie if i get it done) hehe Thanks

So i'm totally frustrated with my chest/back and bells. Doing a long troop this past week and all the pictures came out and it's like my chest and my bells are just not big enough for me. Wayy too much gap. I've tried sanding more and everything else with no luck. Anyone know a good vendor that makes larger chest pices and bells that i can buy just that? So annoyed. I'm the one on the left if you cant tell Thanks in advance for your help

I was completely scared to try and build my own. But I can tell you with all the help I got here and my garrison I got it done. And there's a certain pride I have with my armor I don't think I would have had if I bought it built. And it's a lot of fun to say people you built it yourself. So it's first troop went great. Two hours. Nothing fell off! YAY! but now i'll be adding my new Evilboy Fan kit to the helmet. (Evil is a friend and in my garrison so it was easy to buy one heh) Highly reccomended

Just made some fixes to my ankles so they are not so high up. And added my holster And have resubmitted. Awaiting approval or denial.. fingers crossed

Ok will do tonight. I only got dinged for the ankle pieces being too high (wife didn't know how to put them on) and my shoulder straps not being OVER the back plate (once again wife didn't know they were supposed to ) So will make some mods tonight and hopefully resubmit for approval

Ok well i moved on and did a first FULL FITTING! my biggest issue is around my bells just seeming to be to small for my cest. OR chest too small. Also i know my legs look kinda funky. My wife was the only one around to help me put this on. and she doesent really know what to look for so things look right.. but i'm feeling a lot better about it right now! Let me know what you guys think!

Ok so have run into another snag.... GRRRR I'm starting to think this armor is too small for me or something. Started trying to fit the bells. And i find the gap between the chest and the bells is HUGE. Keep in mind i dident do any sort of hevy cuttin on the chest. is this way off? and to be honet i'm not 100% sure which bell is wich. This is the way that seemd to work the best. Thoughts??

42 And trooping my butt off. 2 costumes Approved.. 3 more to be approved in the next few weeks. Like most something i allways wanted to do. This year i finally pulled the trigger and did it. My wife was very supportive and so are my kids. And when wearing a bucket age means nothing!!

Ok so seriously i must have Armor ADD or something So this is really all i have left to do Belt.. fit my sholder bells and finish my detonator But yet... I tend to squarell and go troops as my TI Then i tell myself i'll get this done... then go do something dumb and get this Yea... an inperial guard... oh and i just got my mon cal Imperial navy helmet... I am going to make my amor master in my garrison like come over with a gun and make me finish my TK! sheesh So sorry for the lack of updates i'm soo close..

Ok so working on the fitting of the top.. I've run into some issues.. Apperantly i'm kinda tall and lankey.. Keeping my chest piece overlapped makes a pretty big gap in the back.. not sure how to fix this Also i've now lost weight duing this build (and time off from work) so i need to do some tightining up of the side gaps Just kinda looks horrible And i'm worried my chest piece is not big enough for me Ok need your thoughts and input.. am i being too critical?? or are things screwed up? Thanks!

AN UPDATE!! yay! (sorry life has been hectic) and i start a new job on monday.So trying to knock out as much as i can before i'm back to the grind. So Did some work on the torso. I took Major's Idea and pushed back the rivits then coverd them in e600 (hard to see in the picture Also my thighs are all strapped up and sized. I am now able to put my legs on and walk around. Also i finished my buttons (they need touch up) and put the snaps in for the belt. And stopped for a few to glue my gloves together And got started on the detonator.. only to find out i couldent find the right size drill bits to get the clamps on. but wll make a store run soon And still need to get my wife to help me for a few so i can finish up sizeing the sholder straps for the chest and back. Then i can get the arms strapped (they are done just not strapped up with the bells and sholders So lots of progress. Hopeing to knock a LOT of this out tomrrow. And have a very small armor party on saturday. Hopeing to have most of it done by then. Seeing a light at the end of the tunnell!
