  1. I have a fan at the top of my helmet to push the hot air out. The Balaclava stops my hair from getting sucked into the fan. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Hey there Does anyone else worry having the snaps inside your armor eventually create bumps from repeated use? I thought of the following process after seeing some snap posts Take a piece of ABS and mark up a grid with a ruler: https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170117/aa1c68202f7f2dc271c20ac7f771804d.jpg Then mark a hex so you can find the middle of each square: Then scratch up both sides for glue adhesion: Next create a base to hold the marked up ABS: Then using a spade big cut out the holes. I used another piece of wood to hold the ABS still. Eventually you have all the circles cut out: Take it back to your table and cut out the squares. I used score-n-snap but scissors are just as good: Glue to the underside of your snap: Most times I used 1 piece but sometimes I needed more. All in all they turned out well and now the snap has a cushion: Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  18. So I am wondering how you put these on. Do you attach the clip and slide the shin on or attach after. If after, how do you hook it with ( my fat) calf in the way ? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
