Getting it overseas might be interesting, since I think they'll have to ship by sea. They don't like compressed air canisters in airplanes. Another option is seeing if a friendly trooper on here would considering buying you the cans you need and shipping to you.

Yeah, I think I'm going to need to make one of those for myself at some point. Mark, is it molded, or was it turned on a lathe with the buttons attached after?

Yeah, I think it would be a bad idea to set up the system in the codpiece, especially if you had a 'press-to-talk' system set up.

The pauldron seems a little too shiny.... But otherwise quite nice

I think, when reading a description for Space Troopers, that normal Stormtrooper armor has a basic protection from space or something. I don't remember where I read that, though. It could also be that the armor is just a uniform designed to differentiate the Empire troops from Ewoks and Wookies and whatnot, with no real defensive benefits whatsoever! I dunno though, don't quote me on this.

Cool! Took me a bit to figure out what the heck a T-Track was, but I think I got it now. I'm still trying to decide if I want to make a gun from scratch for fun, or modify the toy blaster like you and others have done. Maybe both, eventually!

Ya know, thats a neat idea, I hadn't realized there were Force sensitive Stormtroopers. I was thinking of crafting my own lightsaber, but had no interest in dressing up as any of the Jedi or Sith.

Armor is allowed to look different for each individual between films. They mighta been in a fight, or upgraded. Aren't the films supposed to take place over years if not decades? Maybe Vader put on some weight, and his newer outfit was missing some bells and whistles.

I still like the guy on the Special Ops board making the functional Seatrooper armor. You could probably wear a full black wetsuit under that.

Shades come in plastic or glass. A guy in my welding class had said that glass blocks the UV light or something more naturally, dont remember. The shades also come in a couple sizes for different helmets too.

I think I had a 10 for arc welding. That may be a little high c.c Probably something lower than that.

Suppose I could turn to my fellow troopers and ask 'Can you zip me up?'

Yeah, that thing is definitely on my list when I start buying. Just gotta narrow my list of helmets down, and find out armor lol

Careful, though. Compression fit is TIGHT. Got an UnderArmor Compression-fit leggings for my trip, and tried them on, wow. Also look into Fitted, like SuperTrooper said.

Yeah, actual UnderArmor gets expensive. Bought a buncha Coldgear for my trip to Antarctica this fall. HeatGear should be what you're looking for to keep cool, yes. Check a hunting goods store, they carry UnderArmor as well as other brands of tops and leggings. I liked to drop into Sportsman's Warehouse though they don't list a catalog on their website. Maybe see if you have a Cabela's near you. They also have their own brands of stuff. Maybe even an REI store.
