8. Evan I am still fairly new to this but in the absence of any other posts: Compared to ANH, ESB has differences in the helmet decals and frown colour and the holster is fastened differently to the belt and on the opposing side and different hand plates. ROTJ is different again with trim on the armour edging. Each of the blasters are also different with greeblies. The CRL links will highlight the differences for you.

I'm sure someone with far more experience can give more info.

Edit for spelling.... Damn auto correct blisters* blasters*
 9. The tools for building has been pinned Timothy, JustJoseph63's post Supply List for Your TK Build is pinned here: http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/forum/38-getting-started-read-this-first

It doesn't include the soft parts required for the build but the CRL covers those requirements I.e. Under suit, gloves, belt, holster etc but it does cover the elastic widths for the various strappings etc.
 10. There's a couple of threads for tools and extras you will need:

http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/31404-supply-list-for-your-tk-build/

http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/11760-basic-tools-needed-for-armour-building/
 11. I bought some vinyl waterproof printable sticker paper at www.snap-paper.com and printed my own, admittedly my box hasn't been out yet but it certainly passed the wet thumb rub test, no smudging and no dirty thumb. If you don't feel your arty enough to design your own, I'm sure there are plenty of troopers who wouldn't mind helping out, I love messing around in GIMP doing the odd arty thing.

GIMP : Graphic Interface Manipulation Program in case your mind is doing backflips it's a free kind of photoshop.

Edit: sorry tried adding the link but it just goes haywire
 12. Fantastic, you have to be immensely proud of that.
 13. Scratch built or not your skill in making this and the armour/helmets is fantastic. Can't wait to see the star destroyer lit up.
 14. Great little family garrison! Looking forward to seeing the star destroyer
 15. Just had a second email from 3dme: "Hello Stephen, We haven't signed a licensing agreement with Disney to use Star Wars characters/logos/designs, etc. so we aren't able to produce Star Wars-related figurines at this time. Ideally the Force will be with us and we'll be able to make a deal with Disney to get permission to use their property soon." Maybe something in the pipeline
 16. http://my3dtwin.comAnother option as they scan the whole you, including what you are wearing. Just realised they're uk based sorry R4zerbl4de but I would expect there to be something similar across the pond.
 17. Yeah I just got a very similar reply, will undoubtedly be a licensing issue.
 18. Sent them an email will let you know what they reply.
 19. Send them an email enquiring if they are going to offer the same service for stormtrooper figures as they do for ghostbusters etc.... nothing to lose. http://cubify.com/en/support
 20. Thanks Matt. Things have moved on a fair bit in the last month since the previous post but I appreciate the reply Have started gathering all my bits and pieces together only waiting on my ROM/FX and my armour which is on order from TM. Building my E11 at present whilst I wait on the armour
