1. Thanks for the compliments and EIB approval, Andrew! The things you're pointing out, are the same, that bothered me... I could kick myself for trimming the forearm coverstrips to short. I realised it, the moment I trimmed them... I guess I'll try to cut down the high corners. I have no spare and color matching coverstrips. And I'll definitly need to take a look at the overall fitting of my armor (Chest, Back, Ab, kidney, Butt). You gave me some really helpfull tips. Thanks for that. I really appreciate it. So, next goal to accomplish will be Centurion, hopefully. Still a long way to go.

3. I reinforced the area with miliput;-)
4. Don't get the full Resin kit from Doopydoo. The pipe only has 2 cm diameter. Not really much space for arduino. Depending on the type arduino you have. Get the Doopydoo or other Resin pipe kit (e.g. From dday). You have up to 4 cm then. A second option is the grip. But you need to cut out the space you need with a Dremel or something equal. Hope that helps.
5. Same here, 5'4" and only trimmed my shins at the bottom. Fits quite well. I got my basic approval with no further corrections.
6. I'm using this one -> http://www.ebay.de/itm/Olauffangkanister-Olwechselkanister-Kanister-Olwechsel-Ol-Altol-Werkstatt-Auto-/200913524097?hash=item2ec7611581:g:1lMAAMXQGcNSEheF It has the following dimensions -> 50x30x12 cm It's a little smaller but thicker than yours.
7. I assume the size of the small boxes depend on the size of the main back pack (oil drain), to be in scale. I'm scaling of my main back pack and it has different dimensions, then ukswrath's. I'm still looking for the perfect boxes ;-)
8. Both well known boot vendors make awesome boots. I chose TKBoots, because the shipping was cheaper ;-)
9. This build makes me speechless. It's plain awesomeness. Thank you Tino for sharing
10. He made it. Follow his request thread. Congratulations
11. I'm 5'4" 150lb and working on my Anovos TK at the moment. I have no issues wearing the armor. At this point I only trimmed the shins. But I still have a 2 inch overlap (yes you read right, overlap ;-) ) on both sides of the ab and kidney. But I could fix this with some padding. I don't want to trim the ab and kidney. It would need me to trim the bud plate too. So that would be like converting about 100$ worth of the armor into scrap plastic. :-) And beside that, I think the armor will look terrible with such an extreme trimming. But like I said, with some padding, the armor fits quite well.
12. I have cut the return edges on the wrist before I assembled them.
13. So here's the wrap up. I ordered the size I normally wear and they fit perfect.
Awesome boots. These are the boots you have been looking for.
14. the delivery was scheduled for tomorrow. I just couldn't wait anymore ;-)
15. I'm 5'4" and I compared all pieces to my existing FX armor. The only ones needing a new return edge are the thighs. Poor me, I'm so afraid to do that. Hope I don't mess it up.
16. Hi from Germany, just picked up my OT TK from the FedEx facility. It took 6 days to get here. May the build begin.
17. Thank you troops. Sent from a galaxy, far, far away
18. Hi there,
I need your help. Knowing a lot of you troop in TKBoots, there can't be no better source than here.
I have a normal foot width and size 7US fit perfectly, when putting on my adidas or puma sneakers.
Should I go for the same size or rather choose the larger size 8?
19. This build is so inspiring. Thanks for sharing. Gesendet von iPhone mit Tapatalk
20. That's a very interesting question ;-) You've done such good job on the details. Awesome work.
21. I use a 50 Gal Stanley box.
