haha I completely understand. Well I'm on wave two on orders, the Hovi tips are selling like crazy. Let me know if/when your ready. BTW, I'm working on running the Disney board through my ROM/FX Mic somehow, or soldering a 3.5mm jack to the board and pipe the Hovi speakers through it. Either way this little board is way too fun for the money. Hey if you come up with something let me know. Talk soon

Look at the bell from the side if the lower section curves to one side or the other, the direction it curves goes towards the front. If the bicep you have as the left side and is the only one with a indent then you're good. If both biceps have indents then it doesn't matter which side is which. And finally, the strap from the bicep to the forearm is to be on the inside of the arm. Here's a pic of mine during strap gluing. The lower is the left arm, the upper the right Notice the straps.

Hey Kyle, I'm looking at your bell and it says left yet you have the forearm connected as if it were your right side. Am I missing something?

Well If you're interested in my Hovi tips with speakers unless you plan on rewiring the iComm you only have one choice which is HTT. Though I'm not a huge fan, at the time it's the only system between these two that you can plug in my speakers and go. Also, when your ready to upgrade to the ROM/FX you're already set.

The HHT is problematic because the speaker is inside the helmet. They used to sell it with speakers in the Hovi tips but the tips were not CRL accurate and not very powerful. Heck I don't even know if they still sell the tip speakers anymore. Anyway mine are better haha Echoing what Mathias said, the ROM/FX doesn't need a box, it's shrink wrapped. Just attach industrial velcro to it and your helmet and you're good to go.

I would only trim the thighs vertically. Trimming at the angle you have shown will result in the tops and bottom edges being way off.
