  1. As long as everyone is using the same product I'm using and the mfg hasn't changed it's design it should be the same you'd think. This is an excellent reminder to check your work.
  2. Hey Albert thanks for the feedback. I'll double check my circuitry also to see if there's a discrepancy.
  3. Sounds like Brian may be having an issue with the iComm itself. We're working on it.
  4. Yea I was incorrect about the transmission delay, I was think of the another system. The iComm only has the option of changing sound mode.
  5. hahahaha
  6. Strong clamping force and tape. If you have to glue one side first, let dry, then the other. Align the wrist side, the elbow side will be off set. Take a look at some other builds and EIB or Centurion threads
  7. I don't know what to tell you about the voltage issue, once a load is on it I don't have any issues. To tell you the truth I don't like the wiring circuit with these USB connectors, the USB standard color code isn't being followed here. I had to check this a few times to make sure I wasn't reading it incorrectly. Typical USP should be Red + Black - with green/white data, but not with this connector. If I can find a different right angle with the correct voltage to color schematic then I may switch. Bottom line, check voltage output with a meter.
  8. Crafts Shaun, awesome job Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using Tapatalk
  9. Looks awesome. May I suggest placing some foam in the thighs just above the back know of the knees. This will help them to sit flush against your legs and not protruding so far forward. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using Tapatalk
  10. This pack looks awesome, great job Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using Tapatalk
  11. Haha wow Germain your F11D only has 20 updates cut the guy some slack haha Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using Tapatalk
  12. Looks awesome Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using Tapatalk
  13. Brian you shouldn't have to use the PTT cable. I have 4 fans in my helmet and they don't trigger the system. The mic is sensitive but that's to help eliminate any feedback issues. An iComm settings adjustment should resolve your issue.
  14. If you're comfortable using CA glue go for it. I would glue the cover strip to the outer side first, let dry, remove any excess, then glue the right side. This should give you more control over the process.
  15. FANTASTIC!!! Great job you two.
  16. The clamping force may be the key here. The tighter the circumference the more difficult it will be to align the two halves. I would suggest reapplying the strip and this time in addition to the clamps and magnets place something of weight on top of it, maybe like a heavy book. This should force the armor inward and together. Hope this helps
  17. You can adjust the iComm so that there's more of a delay before it transmits. I believe the instruction pamphlet should explain how to adjust it. If not contain me. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using Tapatalk
  18. I think that's it lol Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using Tapatalk
  19. And your left bicep and forearm can stand to come up about 1/2", it's sitting lower than the right. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using Tapatalk
  20. BTW your armor looks spectacular Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using Tapatalk
  21. Hey Shaun, I would suggest either dropping the shins and thighs or trim the top of the thighs so that the thighs and posterior are not overlapping each other. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using Tapatalk
