  1. hey Jonathan look at the Poor Man's DLT tutorial if you want one on a budget!
  2. thanks, I think is almost ready. As I was playing the game, I realized that there is no antenna coming from the backpack. However, I have seen builds in this topic with antennas. So do I put an antenna or just leave it without???
  3. man I wish I had the patience to do tutorials. Most times in my builds I try so many things that its hard to keep the pace with pictures. I get a tunnel vision and its hard to shift from that. Seems like this baby is going to turn out great!
  4. How can I attach the pouch to pauldron? ideas ? The sandtrooper one is attached to the backpack. Is there an easier way?
  5. not done yet
  6. it looks great. That is a great idea!

  10. that looks pretty solid!!
  11. great, so there is hope. Can you still use your holster? or you have to get it removed?
  12. I attached the pvc tube to the oil pan last night. However, it feels too heavy for the oil pan and it tilts to the right. I wonder if I will be able to level off the weight once I attach the shoulder straps and wear it. Any comments on this?
  13. did this get approved?
  14. thanks guys, I started gathering materials last night and lucky I was that my local hardware store carries the oils change pan from the Manutex build for cheap. This is going to be epic!!
  15. what is the length and girth of the PVC side tube?
  16. could you give the the measurements of each box? I wonder if I can find them at the dollar store?
  17. Yeah, that was my original costume idea 9 months ago, but I wanted to troop so I just got my TK approved then. Last week I built my DLT-19 and I am just missing the backpack. Seems like this pack is not expensive, so I am all for it. where can I find the oil change pan?
  18. where can I find the oil change pan?
  19. Well, this inspired me, so I will be staring this pretty soon!
  20. yep, I felt the burn and almost passed out. But it was worth it. I will be shopping for bags or cases. There is the fantasticon this weekend and I need it for that
  21. Hey Joe, Shawn did great pictures! I was thinking about a cheap hard case. I tried some today at Dunhams but they had a hard time shutting and I dont want to harm the weapon. where did you get yours? how much
  22. any ideas on a low budget case to transport DLT-19? I wouldn't like to ding it
  23. I did not made a thread, this this a spur of the moment project. I basically followed the original thread that is posted in the first pages of this topic . However, I replaced the 1" original to 1 1/4" to match the barrel of the gun. Also, I did replace the e-11 with the" build a blaster". The main change is that you need a 1 1/2'' to 1 1/4 coupling. The 1 1/2" goes in the tip of the" build a blaster" (it will fit small so you have to dremel it inside to make it fit. Don't dremel too wide because you need it to fit tight in order to hold the barrel (you can use some E600 also to seal off). Then, you attach the 1 1/4" barrel to the coupling and bingo!!!! say hello to my little friend! In essence, I took the information or the original thread and built with different materials.
