I ordered a baton on April 26th and was told that it shipped out at the ending of May. Never received it. All my emails, messages and phone calls all went unanswered. I even ordered a shield from them and never received it. I opened a PayPal claim a few days ago, now I'm just waiting for my refund.

Taking about terrible customer service... I've emailed and Facebook messaged Alder (the owner), Ching and Jacob about my order and no one has replied back to me. I called their store a few times and left messages and no replies. Finally someone answered the phone and I asked about my order and the guy basically said it wasn't his problem and to talk with Adler. This guy said he was busy in a meeting and couldn't really talk to me and that he was a just a guy that worked in a kiosk. I'm waiting to see if i get any follow-up messages from Blu-bin.

Yup, I'm having trouble contacting them! They rarely answer my emails and FB messages. I ordered a baton at the end of April and I'm still waiting for it.

How well do you think the handle will hold up when spinning the baton? Looks like only an inch of the handle will be glued into the baton.
