Hey Brandon,
I don't think that chest piece needs to be that high up, you can lower that. Maybe you can also make the cut at the cod and expand it by shimming it? hopefully the belt can cover the expansion.
Try looking under the EIB requests to see if you can see someone your size with your armor type.
Hopefully an expert can help you better.

I hope im not the only one on this but with the permission from my awesome wife, I worked on mine on my dining table, also had a little mini folding table to do my cuts. For starters just focus on 1 thing you want to work on, you dont need to take everything out to do it.
We should be meeting on the 7th, if you can make it (can also ask for a ride), i can try to help you out at the meet up spot.

I did the same withthe ab buttons, im going to wait for an updated back and chest piece before i do what i need for centurian. Ugh gluing the snaps is the long stretch. Thats where people were talking about getting as many magnets as possible, it takes so long waiting for the glue to cure in order to keep going.

Hey Tim,
Here's some things you will also need
http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/23970-fs-centurion-level-rivet-sets/
have you taken everything out to stare at all the pieces like the guys from King of the hill did with the car motor?

Can you imagine just when you thought you'd switched over from the VOX to your phone and you say "Hi Honey" then it dawns on you it never switched over and your fellow troopers give you that deer in the headlight look.... ah hahaha
or it having a glitch and everyone in the area hearing you apologizing to your wife for getting the wrong tampon brand over the VOX. lol
I changed my mind on the Bluetooth....

Congrats!!
And yes I'm still working on my TK but might be a while longer till I complete it but for good reasons.
I think you'll be done in no time, from not getting any sleep from the baby and all.
Congrags again.

Hey Everyone,
Just wondering if there's anyone that has tried to use the xbox headset for both the Aker speaker and the Ear amplifier?
---------
I'm not an electronics person, but I think it would be awesome to use one headset for both electronics.
BlueTooth would also be awesome
---------
Wishful thinking, I guess.

Hey Chad,
For the frown, ad a the end lines. Bucket looks nice

Dude, this couldn't have come at a better time. I'm trying to get everything in order for my first troop coming up in a month and this was
something I was stressing about. Since Christmas made me broke and can't get that home depot box people are getting, I have a good
size suitcase I could use in the mean time to practice placement.
Thanks for posting.

Looking good, Tim.
Hey can you take extra pics of your shimming process, if possible?. I am working on my brother's armor and it seems to fit right on the dot right now, in the blue tape state, but may need some shimming done when it's time for the rivets.

Love the name

Sounds great, Tim. I know what you mean about the time, I've been trying to help my brother with his and its been difficult this time of year.
Keep us posted.

Congrats James!

Super clean shots, man. No luck needed for this approval.

So I was being an insomniac and decided to do some screenshots. From the looks of it, I believe we will be able to take a knee now. They have the back of the thighs and shins like our right forearm, should allow us more flexibility. lots to look at.

Some clean shots you got! Wish I could have submitted mine this clear.
The only thing I was able to see were the drop boxes, I believe they need to be aligned with the ends of the belt.Andrew beat me to the punch on this one. Also the back of the shoulder straps, you have some access plastic and it needs to be trimmed closer to the last square like this (not my pic)
-
Should be ok for basic. I see what you mean about keeping the shins down on the shoe. For the but plate, do you have elastics on the left, right an center attached to the kidney?
