  1. I went 5 cut out on each side.. The 5th was super prominent on my mold.. So I cut them. But alright I can fill them. With what material do you or anyone recommend??
  2. Todays Work. Chest Bridges and Back Plate. cut and sanded down. waiting to see still if i have to trim off the sides of the chest plate..
  3. Okay thank you! I began to trim along the mold lines but not much else quite yet.
  4. okay, questions on cuts.. this is uncut from the box, but it is cut from scootch pretty close to the edge of the armor (which was a nice bonus) but this kidney plate is very large and i just dont want to cut too heavy into it.. as you can see it want to wrap around pretty far. The chest, ab and back piece seems to be to size, however the butt and kidney plate seem very long for my body (or the mannequin for that matter 'being the same size as me almost') so with the images provided. how much should i take off? from the ab or kidney piece? thanks!ey plate? is it okay to make cuts further than the molded
  5. I recieved his armor set and am HIGHLY happy with it! its coming along very nicely! i have just sanded down the pieces and but a single layer of clear coat over it.
  6. Tomorrow I'm going to start the chest kedney butt Back and an pieces. I'll have some questions. Hope you're ready!
  7. Here is a fancy picture i took of my bucket.. I wanted to share it, and i thought you guys may like it also
  8. Here are the Biceps and Forearms all wrapped up and sanded down. just need clear coat!
  9. Alright, my forarems are correct (with the right being different from the left) but it seems I have the same inner bicept pieces. The one shown on the left in the given image. The ones I provided are the same for each arm. However the left to the right inner bicept piece is different on each side of the SAME side arm; which goes in the front and back seam? Thanks! Hope it makes sense:)
  10. Well correct, I guess I worded it wrong. Is there a correct side. One side is different than the other, which seam goes in front and in back. Took a picture of both sides so you could tell.
  11. Question on the Biceps is there an outer and inner? seems to be.. may i ask which? thanks!
  12. 3 buckets, 2nd row from the top all the way right, and 2nd row from top 2nd to last bucket on the left. bottom row 2nd in from the left. all 5 cut out.
  13. Bryan, i see in that original photo top right bucket having 5 cut out.. Im going for EIB. Since the orginal photo has 5 cut out, wouldnt it be Acceptable? there are other cases of 5 cut out being shown.
  14. Well I'll keep the one I have unless I completely need to swap it.
  15. Update: I meansured the brow trim, it sits on a half and inch. The one off TrooperBay says "just over a half inch" other sources say a half inch also. It may just look small in the images but it seems of correct size
  16. The brow from needs to be bigger you mean? From the lip to the top?
  17. I'll look into the brow trim. It was the u shaped needed. But I can look into a other trim if need be. But I'll leave it as of now:) thanks for the input
  18. The traps and tears are decals but everything else is painted. Thanks though:)
