Thats a tough one Wyatt. If there are no friends/squad mate variables to consider (which usually lowers the cost), I'd recomend doing some soul searching to put a price tag on a lump sum fee of what 4+ weeks of your time will cost. I would be surprised is someone actually ofered to pay hourly. OR Have this person pay for the supplies to make 300 sets of Gaskets in return to build a TFA kit. I don't know how much thats worth, but just throwing it out there.

I've use the CA method for filling on 7 different armor kits. I only use the extra thick CA because it has the best contro when filing.

Monika and I haven't had any issues with the Yoke/Back connection cracking. We use CA to assemble and fill the entire kit No bondo.

PM sent for 2 sets of these new latex gaskets.

We're working on making cloth gaskets. The rubber ones were the only main issue we had. We solved the bucket fitting issue once we removed the circular crown pad that's at the very top of the bucket.

Congratulations to Stacey Bender! I agree with Kevin that if SS statues are viable reference for approving Movie style armor of animated characters, then submitions based on the GG statue of JG should be approvalble. Having the option to build either the Comic or Statue versions is a very reasonable solution. With so many people including my wife Monika who have built their Fem TK using the JG statue as a reference and not the comic book version, I hope our Leadership can come to a compramise and allow this like they've done with the CT Detachment.
