i would try and hot glue some foam in the cod piece and then trim it out to see if it helps. i saw that some one did it on an earlier thread but i cant find it..anyway start with a couple of small hot glue "dots"on top and bottom beforegetting crazy with the glue, try it , and if it feels good glue er on down,,hope this helps. cheers dan

i have not trooped alot , just a handful of times now, but the first thing from the get go was my''just in case kit'' haha...just a couple weeks ago at Bell Con the new biker scout lost his rivet on his belt,,wweeellll..i just happen to have my first aid kit that had some snaps and snap pliers and fixed him right up for the troop,,,,,velcro is a must ,super glue,safety pins,tape''all kinds'',,extra foam,extra elastic,batteries,anti fog,scissors,and i always carry a multi tool, its the greatest thing since cold beer........i will be adding some deoderant , thanks TK0000, for when you forget to wash your underarmor..which has already happened to me..haha cheers dan

yep ,,it happened to me when i got a BFG from WOODCHUCK ..but lucky me it was delivered days later after pulling out mass amount of hair and teeth ...it seems like it would be worth the extra cash to know its gonna be delivered to the right person and on time..my 2 cents..i am sorry to here about this chuck, hopefully it will come up like mine did... dan

i have been do some research and have already reacived alot of great info from you guys,thanks..but my quest goes on in finding the right kit first,,,Mr. Boozle had some great info on the RT Kits, now i wanna know what you guys think,,i am a big dude so i dont want to be stuck in a small kit, so i need to know as much info as possible on the difference between the FX and RT Kits, like i said i will be going Sandy and also go for MEPD, so want to do it right the first time,,,, to me the RT kits look way bigger from some pics i have seen on the forum ,, tell me what you guys think ,,......darkhammer out....
