Better to save up for an ATA. I think if you order now, you'd be able to save up the money and do the research, before the armor is ready to ship.

That is an awesome armor! It might not be screen-accurate, as Vern points out. But of all the home-made, amateur armors I've seen, yours take the prize.
What's it made of? And did you make 'Work in progress'-thread somewhere online?
I say start from scratch. Your helmet mold is starting to look incredible! It would be awesome to see you do a perpekura armor.
But I guess. that's easy for me to say, since I'm not putting the hours into it...

I have one as well. Just use some Bondo and black paint. First time I've ever used Bondo, and it turned out OK. I'm not 100% sure, but I think the screw size was 4.5
